Teldly Labs ("we", "us") provides a WhatsApp-based household scheduling assistant. This policy explains what information we collect from users of our service and how it is used.
To provide the scheduling service, we collect and store: your WhatsApp phone number, the name you provide for your family profile, and the schedule/task information you send to the assistant (event details, task descriptions, and similar household information you choose to share via WhatsApp messages).
Information is used solely to operate the scheduling assistant for your household — storing events and tasks, sending you reminders and digests you've requested, and notifying other members of your household of changes you make, according to the notification preferences you set.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Information is processed using infrastructure providers (such as cloud hosting and database services) solely to operate the service on our behalf.
Your household's data is retained for as long as your household actively uses the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
